Reasons to consider it
- Keyword research, competitor tracking and AI title/thumbnail help for growing a YouTube channel
- The free tier is permanent and enough to evaluate the workflow
- A large Trustpilot sample (1,368 reviews) praises support and the SEO tools
Reasons to look elsewhere
- Trustpilot lands at a middling 3.9 — renewal and cancellation complaints are the main drag
- Reviewers report AI credits burning fast on video generation, sometimes on failed outputs
- AI recommendations can miss niche channels — treat them as prompts, not answers
What the review scores say
vidIQ holds 4.5 out of 5 on G2 from 34 reviews, and 3.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 1,368 reviews.
vidIQ holds 4.5 on G2 from a small 34-review sample and 3.9 on Trustpilot from a large 1,368. The Trustpilot complaints concentrate on renewals and cancellation, not the toolset — if you subscribe, note the renewal date.
What we cannot tell you
How vidIQ feels after a month of real use. Whether support actually answers when something breaks. Whether the workflow fits your specific case. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.
We have not compared this against rivals yet
vidIQ is the first product we have documented in email marketing. A single product is not a comparison, so there is no category page for it yet — we will build one once we have read the pricing pages of its main competitors and can put them side by side on the same facts.
