Advertising disclosure — we earn commissions from brands listed on this site, and that affects which products appear and where. How this works.

How we compare

A short page, because there is not much to hide behind.

What we do

We open each vendor's own pricing page, read what is printed there, and write it down with the date. Free plan limits, every paid tier and its price, and how the vendor bills — per contact or per email sent. Every product page links back to the page we read it from, so you can check us in one click.

We also record two third-party ratings for each product: G2, which verifies that reviewers are business users, and Trustpilot, which is open to anyone. We publish both, including when they disagree — especially when they disagree.

What we do not do

We do not score or rank these products. A score implies measurement. We have not measured anything, so a score from us would be a number dressed up as a finding.

We have not used these platforms. No accounts opened, no campaigns sent, no support tickets raised. So you will not find deliverability results, interface verdicts or support response times here. Those require the work, and we have not done it.

We do not rewrite vendor marketing copy. If a claim only exists on a sales page and cannot be checked, it does not go on ours.

How we group them instead

Ranking assumes one product is best for everyone, which is never true in software. So we sort by situation — list size, how often you send, whether you sell products — and name the platform whose published pricing and limits fit that situation. The reasoning is written out, so you can disagree with it on the merits.

Where the money comes from

Some links here earn us a commission if you sign up. That costs you nothing extra, and it is why this site can exist. It also creates an obvious conflict, which is why we removed scores rather than keep a system we could quietly tilt. The order of products on our comparison pages is set by whether they have a free plan, not by what they pay us.

Where a product is the honest answer and pays us nothing, we say so. Where the honest answer is that you should stay on what you have, or stay on a free tier, we say that too.

Sources we used

Prices on this site were read on 19 September 2026 from these pages:

Prices are US list prices in USD, read from each vendor pricing page on the date above. Vendors localise pricing by country — we saw GetResponse quote in Vietnamese dong from a Vietnamese connection — so what you see may differ. Always confirm on the vendor page before buying.

Corrections

If a figure here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it and date the change. A comparison site that cannot be corrected is just an advertisement. Write to [email protected].

What would change this page

When we start running these platforms properly — real accounts, real sends, real tickets — this page will say so, name what we tested and how, and the product pages will separate what we verified from what we measured. Until then, this is the honest description of what you are reading.
