Source: sendpulse.com/prices. Prices are US list prices in USD, read from each vendor pricing page on the date above. Vendors localise pricing by country — we saw GetResponse quote in Vietnamese dong from a Vietnamese connection — so what you see may differ. Always confirm on the vendor page before buying.

Reasons to consider it

  • Email, chatbots, SMS and a CRM under one roof — useful if you want one vendor for several channels
  • Both large review samples agree: 4.6 on G2 from 719 reviews and 4.5 on Trustpilot from 2,855
  • The free email tier is generous on sends: 15,000 emails a month

Reasons to look elsewhere

  • Each channel is a separate subscription — the all-in-one price adds up product by product
  • Reviewers report strict content moderation that can flag legitimate campaigns
  • Some reviewers describe billing-clarity issues and occasional duplicate charges

What the review scores say

SendPulse holds 4.6 out of 5 on G2 from 719 reviews, and 4.5 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 2,855 reviews. The samples broadly agree, which is the more reassuring pattern — verified-buyer sites and open review sites landing in the same place means less hidden friction to discover.

What we cannot tell you

How SendPulse feels after a month of real use. Whether support actually answers when something breaks. Whether the workflow fits your specific case. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.

We have not compared this against rivals yet

SendPulse is the first product we have documented in email marketing. A single product is not a comparison, so there is no category page for it yet — we will build one once we have read the pricing pages of its main competitors and can put them side by side on the same facts.
