Reasons to consider it

  • You run an EU or UK web shop and want labels, branded tracking emails and returns in one dashboard
  • Connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and other European sales channels
  • The free plan plus a 14-day trial on paid plans makes it cheap to evaluate

Reasons to look elsewhere

  • Europe-focused: of limited value if you ship mostly outside the EU and UK
  • Per-label fees on top of the subscription add up at volume
  • Some Trustpilot complaints are really about the carriers — delivery problems land on Sendcloud reviews anyway

What the review scores say

Sendcloud holds 4.5 out of 5 on G2 from 159 reviews, and 4.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 3,962 reviews. The samples broadly agree, which is the more reassuring pattern — verified-buyer sites and open review sites landing in the same place means less hidden friction to discover.

What we cannot tell you

How Sendcloud feels after a month of real use. Whether support actually answers when something breaks. Whether the workflow fits your specific case. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.

We have not compared this against rivals yet

Sendcloud is the first product we have documented in shipping software. A single product is not a comparison, so there is no category page for it yet — we will build one once we have read the pricing pages of its main competitors and can put them side by side on the same facts.
