We have not used SegMetrics. There is no verdict on this page, no score, and no opinion about how it feels to work in — because we would be making that up. What we do instead.

Source: segmetrics.io/pricing/. Prices are US list prices in USD, read from each vendor pricing page on the date above. Vendors localise pricing by country — we saw GetResponse quote in Vietnamese dong from a Vietnamese connection — so what you see may differ. Always confirm on the vendor page before buying.
Reasons to consider it
- Multi-touch marketing attribution that ties conversions to actual revenue and LTV across ads, email and funnels
- Unlimited users on every plan, and 100+ integrations to pull data from
- Card-free 14-day trial plus a 30-day money-back guarantee lowers the risk of testing
Reasons to look elsewhere
- No independent review record we can use — see the note below
- Expensive for a solo operator: $57/mo entry, $197 for the journey-tracking features
- Attribution setup takes real work to trust the numbers — budget onboarding time
What the review score says
We found no independent review sample for SegMetrics big enough to score on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra.
SegMetrics has no meaningful independent review sample: Trustpilot shows 2.9 from just 2 reviews and there is no sizeable G2 listing. That is far too little to score on, so we show no rating — the prices above are what we verified on its pricing page. Use the trial to judge it.
What we cannot tell you
How SegMetrics feels after a month of real use. Whether support actually answers when something breaks. Whether the workflow fits your specific case. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.
We have not compared this against rivals yet
SegMetrics is the first product we have documented in email marketing. A single product is not a comparison, so there is no category page for it yet — we will build one once we have read the pricing pages of its main competitors and can put them side by side on the same facts.
