Vendors localise pricing by country — we saw GetResponse quote in Vietnamese dong from a Vietnamese connection — so what you see may differ. Always confirm on the vendor page before buying.

Reasons to consider it

  • Your inbox is unmanageable and you want AI triage without switching email apps — it works on top of Gmail, Outlook, iCloud or any IMAP mailbox
  • SaneBlackHole: unsubscribe from a sender forever in one click
  • Both big review samples agree here: 4.8 on Trustpilot and 4.8 on G2

Reasons to look elsewhere

  • The cheapest plan only includes 2 of the features — the useful stuff pushes you toward Lunch
  • Reviewers describe the dashboard as dated and initially overwhelming
  • The AI needs a training period before its sorting feels right

What the review scores say

SaneBox holds 4.8 out of 5 on G2 from 243 reviews, and 4.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 758 reviews. The samples broadly agree, which is the more reassuring pattern — verified-buyer sites and open review sites landing in the same place means less hidden friction to discover.

What we cannot tell you

How SaneBox feels after a month of real use. Whether support actually answers when something breaks. Whether the workflow fits your specific case. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.

We have not compared this against rivals yet

SaneBox is the first product we have documented in email management. A single product is not a comparison, so there is no category page for it yet — we will build one once we have read the pricing pages of its main competitors and can put them side by side on the same facts.
