The samples split moderately: 4.6 on G2 from 41 reviews against 3.8 on Trustpilot from 310. Trustpilot complaints cluster on GPU shortages and billing surprises rather than the core product. Watch your storage line item.
What we cannot tell you
How RunPod feels after a month of real use. Whether support actually answers when something breaks. Whether the workflow fits your specific case. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.
