A two-point split: 4.7 on G2 from 39 reviews against 2.7 on Trustpilot from 85 — both samples small. Developers love the workflow; the Trustpilot side reports outages, suspensions and billing disputes. For hobby projects the risk is low; for production, weigh the reliability complaints.
What we cannot tell you
How Railway feels after a month of real use. Whether support actually answers when something breaks. Whether the workflow fits your specific case. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.
