Two flags to weigh against a strong G2 score (4.8 from 599): Trustpilot has pulled Akool’s rating for breaching its guidelines, and the public pricing page shows paid tiers only after sign-in. The product reviews well where reviews are verified; the commercial hygiene around it is what to watch.
What we cannot tell you
How Akool feels after a month of real use. Whether support actually answers when something breaks. Whether the workflow fits your specific case. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.
